Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–10 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Occasionally, we may experience delays in receiving materials, which can temporarily pause production on certain orders. This is rare, and we always ensure every order ships out as soon as materials are restocked.

 


 

Skip the Line Orders

Our “Skip the Line” option allows customers to have their order placed at the top of the production queue for faster handling. However, this does not guarantee a specific ship date or delivery date.

While we make every effort to process Skip the Line orders as soon as possible, unexpected delays (such as material shortages, printer maintenance, or carrier delays) may still occur.

This option prioritizes your order but does not ensure guaranteed delivery or shipment timelines.

 


 

Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–8 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination and carrier


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders when promotions apply.

 


 

International Orders

Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our hands, we rely on the shipping carrier for delivery. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need help, we’re always happy to assist.

 


 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
