Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, all sales are final. Each item is crafted individually and specifically for your order, and we do not mass produce or keep large quantities in stock. Because of this bespoke production process, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please double-check all product details, colors, and sizes before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
